MT NZDesign Shipping Policy

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, including all tracking details related to your order. All orders are delivered via registered courier and will require a signature unless you provide authority to leave during checkout. If your address is unattended at the time of delivery, and you have not provided authority to leave, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to the sender. This information will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier's website.

Please note that during busy promotional and sale periods, some order dispatches may be delayed due to the increased volume.

New Zealand

Shipping within New Zealand:

All New Zealand online orders are dispatched from our New Zealand stores. This ensures faster delivery times and no customs charges.
Complimentary shipping on all New Zealand orders and complimentary returns.
Standard orders are shipped within 2-3 working days, sent via tracked NZ Post.
For delivery timeframes once dispatched, please enquire directly with the carrier.
Holiday Gifting Delivery Cut-Off Dates: Please place your order by Thursday, 19 December 2024, to ensure delivery before Christmas Day.

Complimentary shipping on orders over $200 AUD.
$29 AUD shipping for orders under $200 AUD.

Duties, Taxes, and Border Charges

New Zealand and Australia

Taxes and duties are included in the purchase price.

Rest of the World

Since our shipments originate from our New Zealand warehouse, you may be subject to duties, clearance fees, or local taxes. MT NZDESIGN LTD does not cover these charges and is not responsible for any fees that may arise; however, we will do our utmost to ensure a seamless delivery experience for you. For further details, we recommend consulting your local customs agent.

If you are unable to pay the taxes and duties within the specified timeframe, the item(s) will be returned to MT Store. Returns will be processed within 5-7 days after they arrive back at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued through your original payment method, excluding any shipping costs incurred by us. Please note that shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

Pre-orders

Items available for pre-order will be processed normally but dispatched at a later date, as specified on the product page. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

For any orders that also include in-stock items, we will reach out to confirm whether you would prefer to have your items shipped separately or together once the pre-order item becomes available.
