What is your online returns policy?

We want you to love your MT Bag(s). If it's not quite right, full priced items in original condition purchased on mtmarfiya.com may be returned for a refund with MT within 30 days of receipt for New Zealand purchases, and 40 days of receipt for international purchases.

Care products, custom embossed items and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Purchases that are accepted for a refund must be refunded to the original payment method, so if you were gifted a piece that isn’t quite right, we would be happy to chat through options with you via email.

Returned items must not have been worn, altered or washed and must have all original tags and packaging intact. Your return must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

MT reserves the right to decline any returns.

How do I return my bag?

We offer free returns for online purchases within New Zealand. Please contact us via info@mtnzdesign.co.nz  and we can arrange for your return to be posted back to us.

If you are outside of New Zealand you may return your purchase to us, however the return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We would highly recommend using a traceable shipping method as MT does not accept responsibility for any lost returns, and for international purchases MT will not refund any costs associated with Customs or Duties.

Which countries are included in your shipping destinations?

MT ships to most locations including worldwide via DHL. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched.


If you are unable to select your country please get in touch with us via info@mtnzdesign.co.nz. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.


Once your order has been processed it will be handed over to our trusted delivery service and you will receive an email with tracking details.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to New Zealand

  •  Complimentary shipping and complimentary returns

Shipping to Australia

  • Complimentary shipping over $200 AUD
  • $29 AUD shipping for orders under $200 AUD

Shipping to the Rest of World

  • Complimentary worldwide shipping over $200 USD
  • $29 USD shipping for orders under $200 USD
How long will my order take to arrive?
  • Within New Zealand, 1 – 3 working days via tracked Courier Post
  • Australia, 1 – 4 working days via tracked DHL
  • Rest of World, 2 – 10 working days via tracked DHL

Please note that your order may incur duties or GST when shipped outside of New Zealand or Australia. MT does not cover these charges and is not liable for any fees incurred; although we will always do our very best to ensure a smooth delivery to you.

Taxes and duties are included within the purchase price.

Rest of World
As orders are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse you may incur duties, clearance fees or local taxes. MT does not cover these charges and is not liable for any fees incurred; although we will always do our very best to ensure a smooth delivery to you. For more information, we advise you to check with your local customs agent.

If you are unable to pay your taxes and duties within the required timeframe, the item(s) will be returned to Yu Mei. Returns will be processed between 5-7 days after arriving back to our warehouse. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method less return shipping costs. Please note, original order shipping costs are non-refundable.
